this is the first time that I have purchased a download only product and prefer to have a physical copy of the software as a precaution. However, having used your site I may start to use it more often. the download went smoothly and the instructions were clear. the fact that you included DVD burning softwarehouse was also a bonus. so far I have had a positive experience using your website.

I did have a little bit of a problem in the beginning, but the support team helped me immediately. One thing I would add to your download directions is to turn off the firewall. That is what slowed me down and caused me problems.
